My training services are backed by 10 years of experience. I take an evidence based approach centered on simple, highly effective strength & conditioning methods for muscular growth & fat loss.

All sessions are 60 minutes in length. Tandem sessions and 30 minute sessions may be available on request. Please contact me for rates & details.

 

STRENGTH TRAINING
High Intensity Resistance

Strength training for novice, intermediate, and advanced trainees. All strength programming is simple, individualized, and periodized.

HYPERTROPHY
Muscular Size & Tone

Hypertrophy training focuses on muscular size. Trainees will experience higher work volume & greater time under tension on localized muscle groups.

CONDITIONING
Overall Physicality

Trainees looking to develop a balance of speed, endurance, strength, power, flexibility, and anaerobic conditioning. All-around fitness.

FITNESS NUTRITION
Body Composition

Fitness nutrition is where trainees experience their greatest transformation. I recommend a 90 day commitment.
