I am Jared Aquilina. Owner and head personal trainer of Aquilina Strength Training. My philosophy on training stems from simple, tried-and-true exercise and movements. I specialize in strength training, hypertrophy, conditioning and fitness nutrition. Training should be effective but also fun; that’s how I like to live my life. And that belief is instilled within my clients’ training experience.

During my time studying Exercise Physiology at Temple University, I interned for Villanova as a Football Strength and Conditioning Aide to the 2009 FCS Championship Team.
I have competed in local weightlifting competitions and enjoy all exercises with a barbell. In high school, I played Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball. Despite having an athletic background, I had to overcome early teenage obesity through my own study and self-discipline. This experience inspired me to become a fitness professional.
In my free time I like to re-purpose wood, travel, study architecture, and tally the amount of tacos I consume.
